Pack odds and expected value, every set
PackLab publishes the pull rates and the expected card value of every pack before you buy. This page lists all 125 sets currently on sale, what a pack costs, and what the cards inside are worth on average. Across the catalogue a pack is priced at about 100% of the market value of its contents.
Card values come from live third-party market data (TCGplayer). Expected value is the box's total card value divided by its pack count, fixed when the box is sealed. Every box's complete contents are committed with a published SHA-256 fingerprint before the first pack is opened, and re-verifiable in your own browser once it sells out. 18+, United States only.

How to read these numbers
A pack is priced at roughly the live market value of the cards inside it, so the shop does not make its margin on a pack markup. Card prices move constantly and selling a card back returns 85% of its market value, so opening packs costs value over time. It is entertainment and product, not an investment. Per-slot rarity odds for a given set are on that set's page, alongside its box structure and any Master Ball / Poké Ball overlay or God Pack odds.
