Terms of Service

· You're buying real trading cards at published odds, every pack contains cards with real market value, and every box's contents are locked and provable before the first rip.
· Everything on the site runs on Sparks (⚡), our store credits, 100 Sparks per dollar. Sparks have no cash value, can't be withdrawn or exchanged for cash, and can't be sent to other users. Value leaves the shop exactly one way: having your cards shipped to you. There is no cash-out, and none is planned.
· Every card you pull can be sold back instantly for Sparks at 85% or more of market, shipped home from ⚡299 (⚡499 for cards worth ⚡1,000 and up; 10% off each when shipping 3 or more together), or kept in your vault.

· We collect what we need to run the shop: account email, transactions, address when you ship, and basic device and advertising-measurement data.
· We never sell your data. We do share limited advertising-measurement data (including a scrambled, irreversible form of your email) with ad platforms so we can tell which ads work.
· We email you about your account, and occasionally about offers — every promotional email has a one-click unsubscribe.

· Every box's complete contents are locked by a published SHA-256 fingerprint before its first pack is ripped.
· The shuffle uses a public drand randomness beacon that didn't exist when the box was sealed.
· When a box completes, everything is published and your browser can re-verify it.

· 18+ only, certified at signup and verified at redemption.
· Available in all fifty U.S. states and D.C.; not offered where prohibited by law or in U.S.-sanctioned countries.

· Unopened packs: refundable in Sparks at the price paid, at our discretion, via support.
· Opened packs: final, but every card can be sold back instantly for Sparks at 85% of market.
· Marketplace singles and resolved Evolves are final, a lost Evolve stake is gone and is not refundable.

· See your full purchase history any time, spend within your means, and reach out if you need support.
· Everything in your vault converts back to Sparks at any time, and any card can be shipped home.
· Evolve is optional and carries real downside: a lost stake means the card is gone.

· We sell real Pokémon cards; card images identify the actual products for sale.
· We are not affiliated with Nintendo, Creatures, GAME FREAK, or The Pokémon Company.
· Our pack art, card back, and branding are our own.
